About Me
First and foremost, I love the Lord, and everything I do flows from that.
I'm a USMC veteran, Nationally Registered EMT, and emergency management consultant. My background spans military logistics and combat service support, healthcare, protective operations, and organizational leadership. I hold a Ph.D., a Doctor of Manual Osteopathy designation, and a certificate in Emergency Management from American Military University.
Seconds Save Life was born out of heartbreak for the lives needlessly lost because teachers, churches, and safety teams were never properly trained for the moments before help arrives. As Founding Board Member & Director of Training, I help communities be ready to act when seconds matter.
5417 Readiness Group takes its name from Isaiah 54:17: "No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper." As Founder, I lead its executive protection, private security, and contract emergency medical work.

Hazard and vulnerability assessments examine the threats, operational gaps, and response challenges facing schools, churches, nonprofits, and community organizations. Existing plans, communications, equipment, training, and personnel capabilities are evaluated to establish clear priorities for strengthening readiness.
Prepare — Emergency Planning
(SOP/EOP + Implementation)
Practical, ICS/NIMS-aligned SOPs and emergency operations plans designed around how an organization actually functions. Services may include position-specific playbooks, communications workflows, activation checklists, evacuation and shelter-in-place procedures, and tabletop exercises that help personnel understand their roles before an incident occurs.
Respond — Training & Education
(Tactical Medicine & Response)
Scenario-based training prepares clinical and non-clinical responders to act during traumatic injuries and high-consequence incidents. Programs include Direct Threat Casualty Care (DTCC), TECC/TCCC-informed instruction, Stop the Bleed®, casualty movement, Casualty Collection Point operations, and exercises built around realistic threats and operating environments.
